How does a red dot magnifier work?

A magnifier mounts on the rail behind your red dot or reflex sight and lines up with it, adding telescopic magnification to the dot you already use. Flip it to the side and you're back to your unmagnified red dot for close-range work.

Should I choose a 3x or 5x magnifier?

A 3x magnifier like the T-3 or XTM-3 keeps a wider field of view for faster target pickup at close to mid range. The T-5's 5x magnification extends your effective range out to about 200 yards, with a narrower field of view.

Will a Sightmark magnifier work with my red dot?

Sightmark magnifiers are built to work with most red dot and reflex sights, including EOTech and Aimpoint models. Each has adjustable windage and elevation so you can center the magnifier on your dot.

What is a flip-to-side mount?

A flip-to-side mount lets you swing the magnifier out of your line of sight with one motion, so you can switch between magnified and unmagnified views quickly. All three Sightmark magnifiers also use a locking quick-detach mount for fast removal.

Are Sightmark magnifiers waterproof?

The XTM-3 is IPX7 waterproof, submersible to 1 meter for 1 hour, with a nitrogen-filled chamber to prevent fogging. The T-3 and T-5 are IP55 water resistant. All three are shockproof.
